Dean of the Faculty of Economics at KSE University

Iryna Postolovska is the Dean of the Faculty of Economics at KSE University. She is an economist and public policy expert combining international experience with hands-on government practice. She spent 17 years studying and working in the United States before returning to Ukraine after russia’s full-scale invasion to contribute to public administration and reform the social sector.

From 2023 to 2025, she served as Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine for European Integration, where she coordinated EU accession negotiations, managed international relations, and shaped policy across child rights protection, gender equality, prevention of gender-based violence, and anti-trafficking efforts.

Iryna worked as a Senior Economist at the World Bank in Washington, D.C., leading financial and technical assistance projects and advising governments on the design and implementation of healthcare system reforms in more than 15 countries.

She holds a Doctor of Science from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from Macalester College, USA.
