Inna Maslenchuk is a physician by training and has been working at the intersection of healthcare, policy, and technology for over a decade. Her professional career includes launching national reforms and establishing a state agency for drug procurement in Ukraine, as well as leading strategic initiatives in the field of biotech innovation and expanding access to modern therapies. She has extensive experience collaborating with international donor organizations, leading MedTech and BioTech companies, as well as with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, where, as a government expert, she developed funding models for innovative therapies, digital procurement tools, and strategies for rare diseases. She is currently responsible for transforming the environment for innovation in medicine and biotechnology within WINWIN.
