Sergii Kryvoblotskyi is Director of AI and Research at MacPaw, where he leads the company’s AI strategy and advanced R&D initiatives. Over more than 10 years at MacPaw, he has grown from software engineer to leading the development of the company’s AI-first direction.
After nearly two decades of building software for Apple platforms, MacPaw is now developing its own AI stack, including an efficient on-device inference engine for Mac and an AI memory layer that gives language models long-term recall. These technologies power MacPaw’s ecosystem of products and Eney, the company’s AI assistant, with a strong focus on privacy, local-first computing, and seamless user experiences.
Sergii has over 15 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, human-computer interaction, and cybersecurity. He is also a graduate of Stanford Online’s Leading People, Culture, and Innovation Program, where he studied innovation leadership, organizational culture, and scaling high-performing teams.
