Cryobiologist, senior researcher, biotechnology expert, and science communicator
Cryobiologist, PhD in Biology, and Senior Researcher in the Department of Cryobiochemistry at the Institute for Problems of Cryobiology and Cryomedicine of NAS of Ukraine. Natalia brings over 20 years of R&D experience, spanning academic research, industrial biotechnology, international consulting (including collaboration with Novartis experts), and teaching biochemistry to medical students. Her primary research focus is the development of innovative ice-free storage technologies and the cultivation of mesenchymal stem cells in 3D systems. Natalia is an active science communicator within the Science Kids project and serves as a mentor for student research projects at the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
