Maksym Shamrai is a Senior Research Scientist at MacPaw, where he works on efficient AI systems and next-generation AI agents within the R&D team. His research focuses on large language model efficiency, neural network compression, and Computer Use Agents capable of interacting with graphical user interfaces and software environments.
Alongside his industrial research, Maksym lectures on Computer Vision and Reinforcement Learning at Kyiv Academic University and teaches Natural Language Processing at Ukrainian Catholic University.
