Ecologist, PhD, lecturer at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University
Diana Krysinska is an ecologist, PhD, and a lecturer at the Department of Ecology at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. In 2022, she got a PhD in Technical Sciences with a specialization in Environmental Safety. Since 2023, she has been actively researching the environmental impacts of warfare together with colleagues at the NGO National Ecological Centre of Ukraine. She has participated in educational, scientific, and international programs funded by DAAD, GIZ, Horizon, and American Councils. She is a three-time fellow of The Ukrainian Future Leaders Research Scholarship Program (USA, 2024, 2025, 2026). In addition, she is engaged in science popularization among children and youth, delivering lectures on environmental and natural sciences within Science Kids program and coordinating the Mykolaiv branch.
