БУДЬ/BE is a mentoring program designed to help women to get a job in IT and creative industries. Mentors and experts from the best Ukrainian and global companies support women in their job search.

БУДЬ/BE is implemented by the INSCIENCE organization that popularizes science and evidence-based medicine in Ukraine, in collaboration with the Digitizing.Space innovation agency.
The program is supported by non-profit organization Nova Ukraine.

БУДЬ is a supportive assistant in professional development. The program helps people who've chosen an IT or creative fields, identified their future profession, and have started learning or seeking employment. Mentors work closely with each mentee, helping them in identifying and pursuing their career goals.

1,457 women have successfully completed the БУДЬ/BE program in previous seasons — in 2022 and 2024. They received job or internship offers, grew with high-quality educational courses, and joined a friendly community of alumni.

Will I get a course certificate after the БУДЬ/BE program?
БУДЬ is a mentorship program based on an individual plan, not a course in a specific profession.
This means that during the program, you will work one-on-one with a mentor. Mentors are highly skilled professionals in the IT and creative industries, working for both global and Ukrainian companies. They will assist you in reaching your career goals, share their personal experiences and advice, help you create a CV and cover letter, prepare for interviews, and guide you in applying for vacancies, courses, and internships.
I am interested in IT/creative industries, I have already taken the first steps, but I don't have a clear action plan. Does the БУДЬ program suit me?
Yes, it is just for you.
The program will support you if you have already chosen a specific profession, completed relevant courses, tried applying for jobs, or started learning – but feel that you need guidance, structure, and a clear action plan.
Are there any age restrictions for participants?
Women of all ages can participate. We believe that lifelong learning is a super skill. Anyone can pursue a new profession in adulthood. When filling out an application for participation in БУДЬ, please provide details about your previous experience and motivation
Is this program free?
Yes, this program is free thanks to our partners. However, participants are selected through a competitive process due to the limited number of spots available.
Can I choose the curator I will work with individually?
The curator will be with you throughout the entire program. According to the program's terms, the organizing team meticulously selects curators individually for each participant. We consider your successful interaction to be our value. Therefore, we request that you describe your experience and request in as much detail as possible, enabling us to consider these factors during the matchmaking process.

Mentors are specialists in a specific field with whom you can schedule consultations to discuss your request.
